HOW TO MAKE MONEY FROM SEO (SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING)

here what is iam going to teach about is every man in everywhere in any position earns a lot of money from social media it just needed a right direction and hardwork

HARDWORK PAYOFFS !

What Is Social Media Marketing?
Social media is best defined in the context of the previous industrial media paradigm. Traditional media,
such as television, newspapers, radio, and magazines, are one-way, static broadcast technologies. For
instance, the magazine publisher is a large organization that distributes expensive content to consumers,
while advertisers pay for the privilege of inserting their ads into that content. Or you’re sitting down, watching

your favorite sitcom, and suddenly you’re interrupted by commercials (luckily, you have a DVR, so you can
fast-forward through them). If you disagree with something you read in the newspaper, you can’t send the
editorial staff instant feedback. And good luck connecting with your morning radio on-air personality.
New web technologies have made it easy for anyone to create—and, most importantly—distribute their
own content. A blog post, tweet, or YouTube video can be produced and viewed by millions virtually for
free. Advertisers don’t have to pay publishers or distributors huge sums of money to embed their messages; now they can make their own interesting content that viewers will flock to.
Social media comes in many forms, but for our purposes, I’ll focus on the eight most popular: blogs,
microblogs (Twitter), social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn), media-sharing sites (YouTube, Flickr), social
bookmarking and voting sites (Digg, Reddit), review sites (Yelp), forums, and virtual worlds (Second Life).

Big Brands and Social Media
IBM owns more than 100 different blogs, a dozen islands in the virtual world of Second Life, several
official Twitter accounts, and a popular forum called developerWorks. It publishes a machinima series
(a cartoon video made in Second Life) on YouTube, and several employees upload presentations to the
media-sharing site SlideShare.
Dell has tapped the power of social media with its hugely popular IdeaStorm website, where users add
ideas for new product lines and enhancements, vote them up or down, and comment on submissions.
Because of the site, Dell has started to ship computers with Linux installed, and has added community
support. Starbucks has also started to use this model to some success with its My Starbucks Idea site.
Burger King has made headlines time and time again with its innovative viral and social marketing
campaigns, most recently with the “Whopper Sacrifice.” The burger chain offered Facebook users a free
Figure 1-1. Burger King’s Facebook application was so successful that it had to be shut down. Whopper coupon if they would “unfriend” 10 of their social network connections

Small Business and Social Mediaundefined

As indicated previously, social media great equalizer: big brands

can be outsmarted without making
huge investments, and small brands can make big names for themselves.
Blendtec was a relatively unknown company selling $400 high-performance blenders. After seeing CEO
Tom Dickson testing the machines by blending two-by-fours, Marketing Director George Wright had
a brilliant idea for a series of viral videos. He started to blend everyday objects—glow sticks, iPhones,
Rubik’s Cubes, and television remote controls—and posted the videos to media-sharing sites such as
YouTube (see Figure 1-3). The videos have now been watched more than 100 million times and have
garnered the company a ton of press and buzz.
A small specialty baker in New Jersey, Pink Cake Box, leverages nearly every type of social media that
exists to build a substantial brand. Employees write a blog that features images and videos of their
unique cakes. They post the photos to Flickr and the videos to the company’s YouTube channel. Pink
Cake Box has more than 1,300 followers on Twitter, and more than 1,400 fans on Facebook.
The software startup I work for, HubSpot, has invested a lot of energy in social media marketing with
some success. Our blog has more than 19,000 subscribers (fueled by appearances on Digg, Reddit,
and StumbleUpon), our company Twitter account has more than 16,000 followers, our LinkedIn group
has more than 34,000 members, and our Facebook page has more than 6,000 fans. We’ve launched a
marketing forum, and have a lot of fun making amusing (and sometimes serious) videos for YouTube.

Social Media and You
Whether you are part of a small, medium, or giant business, or are an individual entrepreneur, your customers are using social media, and there’s no reason you shouldn’t be, too. It costs almost nothing, it’s
easy to get started, and it can have an enormous financial impact on your business.
This book will teach you everything you need to know to pick the right tools and get started. While writing this book, I spoke with some of the most brilliant social media pioneers, including people from Flickr,
Yelp, Mashable, WebmasterWorld, Second Life, and Scout Labs. They shared their wisdom on how you
can—and should—be working with social media.
Your customers and your competition are already involved in social media. Why aren’t you

3.MEDIA SHARING

undefined

Media-sharing sites allow users to create and upload multimedia content, sometimes called usergenerated content (UGC). With the advent of easy-to-use digital cameras and camcorders as well as
high-speed Internet connections, media-sharing sites have become extremely popular. Marketers can
create videos with very little expertise and upload them to YouTube to reach millions of users.
Although these sites include social features for members, most of the users of media-sharing sites are
not members, but are merely viewing the sites’ content. When you create content for use in your blog,
upload the content to a sharing site to allow others to use it as well.
Chapter 5

History
One of the earliest media-sharing sites, IFILM.net, was launched in 1997 as an online collection of short
videos where users could also submit their own work (see Figure 5-1). Back then, video was streamed
using browser plug-ins such as Windows Media Player, QuickTime, and RealPlayer, and most people
had dial-up connections, which made watching videos a very slow process.
In 2002, Flash MX was released, and the web video we know today was made possible. Now you no
longer needed to download a special streaming video player; MX introduced the ability to include and
play videos within a Flash file. Sites such as YouTube, which was launched in 2005, were suddenly
possible.
In 1999, three photo-sharing communities were born. Ofoto, Shutterfly, and Webshots allowed users to
upload their pictures and share them with the world. Before these sites (and even after them), you had
to use a host such as Geocities or Angelfire to upload your photos to your home page via FTP.
Spawned by the rise in popularity of MySpace, photo-sharing sites such as Photobucket and
ImageShack were launched in 2003 with the idea that people should be able to upload their images
there and then display them on their profiles. Social media sharing didn’t really hit its stride until 2004,
when Flickr was launched, combining easy photo uploading with tagging and social networking functionality (see Figure 5-2 for examples of tags).
Protocol
Social media–sharing sites allow users to share a wide range of media types, but many features are
present on all of them. This section will detail some of those features.

1.RICH DAD POOR DAD BY ROBERT KIOSAKI

undefined

CONTENT ON THIS BOOK

IF you’ve ever searched “best personal finance books to read” on Google, you’ve most likely seen the title “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” appear at the very top. The book, written by Robert T. Kiyosaki and Sharon L. Lechter, has reportedly sold more than 32 million copies in 40 languages across 40 countries since it was published in 2002.

“Rich Dad, Poor Dad” is an allegorical story about Robert Kiyosaki and his two dads, and how growing up with them shaped his financial views. The “rich dad” is Kiyosaki’s biological father, a highly educated college professor. The “poor dad” is Kiyosaki’s best friend’s father, a wealthy entrepreneur who owns dozens of businesses. Both dads offer conflicting advice on money.

Poor Dad mentality

“Poor dad” believes that one should work for money as a single-salaried employee at a stable job, and that a person’s wealth largely depends on their family background. He believes that the most important things you can do to financially survive (or accumulate wealth) is to read and learn from successful people. Many people think this mentality can trap a person into working a job they don’t love, but is willing to stick with because they have to pay the bills.

Rich Dad mentality

“Rich dad” advises Kiyosaki to get a job so he can learn the skills required to be an entrepreneur. Wealth comes from experience-based learning and multiple income streams. When the “poor dad” encourages working your way up the ladder, “rich dad” laughs and says, “Why not own the ladder?”

While the advice in “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” — and from Kiyosaki himself — have garnered some controversial attention, the book does offer a handful of power lessons that can be useful to anyone looking broaden their views on money.

To be principled is to consistently operate with principles that can be clearly explained.

Adopting principles without giving them much thought can expose you to the risk of acting in ways inconsistent with your goals and your nature.

  2. What is true
  3. What you should do to achieve 1 in light of 2

To be a successful entrepreneur, you have to bet against the consensus, which means being painfully wrong a lot.

undefined

CONTENT ON THIS BOOK

Charlie Munger is Warren Buffett’s long-time partner at Berkshire Hathaway. Content to being the lesser known of the two, Munger is no less impressive. Bill Gates says that Charlie “is truly the broadest thinker I have ever encountered.” Of their 50-year partnership, Buffett “couldn’t be more grateful” for their friendship and says Charlie fits the profile of the ideal partner who is “both smarter and wiser.”

Poor Charlie’s Almanack is a collection of Charlie Munger’s best advice given over 30 years, in the form of 11 speeches given as commencement addresses and roundtable talks. In all his talks, he shows wit, rationality, and incredible clarity of thought.

In this summary of Poor Charlie’s Almanack, I’ve extracted the most important points and organized them by topic. It’s no replacement for his original speeches (where he says things like “if you mix raisins with turds, and you’ve still got turds”). But this summary helps remind me of his main lessons.

You’ll learn why Charlie considers multidisciplinary learning vital to success, his checklist when making investments, and how to build a trillion dollar company from scratch.

7.THE LITTLE BOOK OF COMMON SENSE INVESTING BY JOHN C BOGLE

undefined

CONTENT ON THIS BOOK

1-Sentence-Summary: The Little Book of Common Sense Investing shows you an alternative to actively, poorly managed, overpaid funds by introducing you to low-cost, passive index funds as a sustainable investing strategy, which gets you the retirement savings you need without the usual hassle of stock investing.

John “Jack” Bogle is a genius. In a time when everyone tried to beat the market with great stock picks and then charge expensive fees for it, he thought: “Why not just mimic what the indexes are doing and not manage anything?” This little thought turned into one of the most prevailing investment ideas of the following century, and one of the most respected investment companies in the world.

Bogle’s invention, the index fund, is still one of the safest and stress-free ways of investing today and in this little book he outlines why, and how you can get started with one.

Here are 3 lessons about the power of index funds:

  1. Actively managed funds suck, because past profits don’t guarantee future success.
  2. The majority of your money is best invested in safe, low-cost index funds.
  3. You can’t go wrong by just choosing the cheapest index fund.

9.THE LATTE FACTOR BY JHONDAVIDSON

undefined

CONTENT ON THIS BOOK IS

This simple and important concept has generated a fair amount of controversy. As reported by Mandi Woodruff of Business Insider, Helaine Olen has taken aim at the Latte Factor in her book, Pound Foolish: Exposing the Dark Side of the Personal Finance Industry. Her complaints include the following:

  • Bach’s assumption that a latte costs $5 is too rich. Lattes are cheaper than that.
  • Bach assumed we could earn 10% or 11% if we invested our money instead. Olen believes those returns are unrealistic.

The criticism, however accurate, misses the point of the Latte Factor. For starters, the Latte Factor isn’t about lattes. It’s about any seemingly trivial discretionary expense we incur. Second, picking on the rate of return Bach assumed may change the numbers, but it doesn’t change important lessons we can learn.

Indeed, this simple concept can teach us everything we need to know to achieve financial freedom.

Here are seven key concepts:

  1. Compounding: Small amounts of money invested over time turn into a mountain of cash. We don’t need to assume $5 a day at 11%. Let’s assume $3.50 a day at 6%. That’s exactly what Vanguard did in a recent article. The result over 30 years was $106,000. This calculator will show the results using your own assumptions of amount and return.
  2. Time: In the above article Vanguard assumed we invested the $3.50 a day for 30 years. What if we increased that time to 40 years, or decreased it to 20? If we had stopped saving and investing after 20 years, we’d end up with about $48,000, a difference of about $60,000. If we continued investing for 40 years, our balance would grow to $209,000, a difference of more than $100,000. Time matters. Think about that when you consider whether you should wait to invest until all your debt is paid off.
  3. Return: Olen complained about a 10% return assumption. It’s an important point, because a change of even 1%, given enough time, has a major impact on our wealth. Vanguard assumed a 6% return. If we change that assumption to 7%, $106,000 turns into over $128,000. Consider that the next time a financial advisor tries to convince you that a 1% fee is reasonable.
  4. More Than Lattes: Focusing just on a cup of coffee misses the point entirely. The Latte Factor applies to everything from how much we pay for cable (if we have it at all) to whether we own one car or two (or none). I believe that many families could remove hundreds of dollars a month from their budget by taking a close look at their monthly bills. I call it the One-N-Done method of saving money. If a family could save $250 a month from their budget, that turns into more than $250,000 after 30 years at a 6% return.
  5. Habits: Some dismiss the Latte Factor because they want to “enjoy” life. I often hear that “life is short” and that we must “live for the day.” These clichés certainly have some truth. Yet rarely do I hear people say, “Life is short, I’m going to read a good book” or “Life is short, I’m going to spend time with family.” For some reason, these clichés are always used to justify spending money. Here’s the point. We spend money on stuff that doesn’t make us happy. It may give us some immediate gratification, but no lasting joy. If we ran an experiment and shunned our “lattes” for 21 days, I think we’d find that we didn’t miss them at all. That’s true whether we are talking about a cup of coffee, 500 cable channels, or a third car.
  6. Control: I’ve noticed that when it comes to money, many resist the idea that they have control over their finances. For some reason, we take comfort believing that we are the victims of the “system” or the “one percent” or some other ill-defined group. It helps us avoid accountability. That’s not to deny that things happen to us that are outside of our control. Sometimes good things happen, sometimes bad things happen. But the Latte Factor demonstrates that we have far more control over our financial destiny than many would have us believe.
  7. Small Amounts Matter: Finally, the Latte Factor shows us the power of small amounts of money. Every dollar that comes through our hands represents possibilities. Of course, we spend money on needs, and we spend money on wants. But every dollar we can save and put to work for us will compound if given enough time. This enables us to build wealth on almost any income.

This are the top 10 laptops under 50,000 in 2020

HERE ARE SOME POINTS FROM RICHDAD’S POORDAD’S BOOK

LET US KNOW HERE ARE SOME TO DO’S

Many people may not be satisfied with my 10 steps. They see them more as philosophies than actions. I think understanding the philosophy is just as important as the action. There are many people who want to do instead of think, and then there are people who think but do not do. I would say that I am both. I love new ideas, and I love action. So for those who want a to-do list on how to get started, I will share with you some of the things I do, in abbreviated form.

#STOP DOING WHAT YOU’RE DOING :In other words, take a break and assess what is working and what is not working. The definition
of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Stop doing what is not working, and look for
something new. •

#LOOK FOR NEW IDEAS: For new investing ideas, I go to bookstores and search for books on different and unique subjects. I call them formulas. I buy how-to books on formulas I know nothing about.

For example, in the bookstore I found the book The 16 Percent Solution by Joel Moskowitz. I bought the book and read it and the next Thursday, I did exactly as the book said. Most people do not take action, or they let someone talk them out of whatever new formula they are studying. My neighbor told me why 16 percent would not work. I did not listen to him because he’s never done it.

#FIND SOMEONE WHO HAS DONE WHAT YOU WANT: Take them to lunch and ask them for tips and tricks of the trade. As for 16 percent tax-lien certificates, I went to the county tax office and found the government employee who worked in that office. I found out that she, too, invested in the tax liens. Immediately, I invited her to lunch. She was thrilled to tell me everything she knew and how to do it. After lunch, she spent all afternoon showing me everything. By the next day, I found two great properties with her help that have been accruing interest at 16 percent ever since. It took a day to read the book, a day to take action, an hour for lunch, and a day to acquire two great deals. •

#TAKE CLASSES,READ,ANDATTENDSEMINARS: I search newspapers and the Internet for new and interesting classes, many of which are
free or inexpensive. I also attend and pay for expensive seminars on what I want to learn. I am wealthy and free from needing a job simply because of the courses I took. I have friends who did not take those classes who told me I was wasting my money, and yet they’re still at the same job.

#MAKE LOTS OF OFFERS: When I want a piece of real estate, I look at many properties and generally write an offer. If you don’t know what the right offer is, neither do I. That is the job of the real estate agent. They make the offers. I do as little work as possible.

• Finding a good deal, the right business, the right people, the right investors, or whatever is just like dating. You must go to the market and talk to a lot of people, make a lot of offers, counteroffers, negotiate, reject, and accept. I know single people who sit at home and wait for the phone to ring, but it’s better to go to the market, even if it’s only the supermarket. Search, offer, reject, negotiate, and accept are all parts of the process of almost everything in life.

# Jog, walk, or drive a certain area once a month for 10 minutes. I have found some of my best real estate investments doing this. I will jog a certain neighborhood for a year and look for change. For there to be profit in a deal, there must be two elements: a bargain and change. There are lots of bargains, but it’s change that turns a bargain into a profitable opportunity. So when I jog, I jog a neighborhood I might like to invest in. It is the repetition that causes me to notice slight differences.
Chapter Nine: Here Are Some To Do’s

I notice real estate signs that are up for a long time. That means the seller might be more agreeable to deal. I watch for moving trucks going in or out. I stop and talk to the drivers. I talk to the postal carriers. It’s amazing how much information they acquire about an area. I find a bad area, especially an area that the news has scared everyone away from. I drive it for sometimes a year waiting for signs of some thing changing for the better. I talk to retailers, especially new ones, and find out why they’re moving in. It takes only a few minutes a month, and I do it while doing something else, like exercising, or going to and from the store. •

# Shop for bargains in all markets. Consumers will always be poor. When the supermarket has a sale, say on toilet paper, the consumer runs in and stocks up. But when the housing or stock market has a sale, most often called a crash or correction, the same consumer often runs away from it. When the supermarket raises its prices, the consumer shops somewhere else. But when housing or the stock market raise their prices, the same consumer often rushes in and starts buying. Always remember: Profits are made in the buying, not in the selling.

# Look in the right places. A neighbor bought a condominium for
$100,000. I bought the identical condo next door for $50,000. He told me he’s waiting for the price to go up. I told him that profit is made when you buy, not when you sell. He shopped with a real estate broker who owns no property of her own. I shopped at the foreclosure auction. I paid $500 for a class on how to do this. My neighbor thought that the $500 for a real estate investment class was too expensive. He said he could not afford the money, or the time. So he waits for the price to go up.
Rich Dad Poor Dad

# Look for people who want to buy first. Then look for someone who wants to sell. A friend was looking for a certain piece of land. He had the money but did not have the time. I found a large piece of land, larger than what my friend wanted to buy, tied it up with an option, called my friend, and he said he wanted a piece of it. So I sold the piece to him and then bought the land. I kept the remaining land as mine for free. Moral of the story: Buy the pie, and cut it in pieces. Most people look for what they can afford, so they look too small. They buy only a piece of the pie, so they end up paying more for less. Small thinkers don’t get the big breaks. If you want to get richer, think big.

#Think big. Retailers love giving volume discounts, simply because most business people love big spenders. So even if you’re small, you can always think big. When my company was in the market for computers, I called several friends and asked them if they were ready to buy also. We then went to different dealers and negotiated a great deal because we wanted to buy so many. I have done the same with stocks. Small people remain small because they think small, act alone, or don’t act all.

#Learn from history. All the big companies on the stock exchange started out as small companies. Colonel Sanders did not get rich until after he lost everything in his 60s. Bill Gates was one of the richest men in the world before he was thirty. • Action always beats inaction.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
